Amazing list. Having a conversational voice is good but is it a viable option? I mean doesn't it look unprofessional. Of course it shows a friendly culture but I am talking about professionalism.

Hi Juhil, in terms of voice, of course there may be some variation -- depending on your industry, type of job you're hiring for, or even your location throughout the world. But unless it's a highly technical job, the idea is to avoid insider jargon that may turn off otherwise qualified candidates. Thanks for reading and commenting!
