o What are the advantages and disadvantages of a faster vs. seemingly slower, more deliberate recruitment and/or selection processes?
o Does the over-confidence factor still apply that caused the Hare to lose to the Tortoise in their famous race?
o Their are recruiters who boast about their ability to read and dismiss a resume in 10 seconds or less. If someone read your resume in 10 seconds or less--would you be comfortable with their decision regarding your resume?
