The Way to Disrupt the Recruitment Industry!

Earlier on this week, we posted a simple graphic informing people of the high levels of low job satisfaction in the UK, together with a brief message suggesting that visiting Recfluence.com can help reduce you search time. We had several emails and comments asking us what we meant by this and how accessing a site can save their job hunt period?

So, here is the rationale. If you browse through any job boards, you will discover a large number of positions are advertised by recruitment agencies, rather than the actual hiring company. Typically, these sort of jobs will involve at least 3 parties in the recruitment cycle:
