To be, or not to be…a Recruiter? That is the question.
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
the slings and arrows of outrageous down economies,
insensitive employers, or lack luster candidates.
Get over it, or take arms against a sea of troubles
and by opposing end them. As they will persist as night
follows the day—or is it “as day follows the night"?
Yes, recruiting for what it's worth has value; when the ends
justify the means and you are not made mean in the process.
So let’s end the heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks
that flesh is heir to: 'tis a consummation
devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep;
to sleep, perchance to dream—ay, to hope it is so,
that recruiting and recruiters matter…
