Hi Rebecca,

Just like you I have been looking for opinions from the vendor community on Vendor Management Systems (how found your posting). A great post I commented on a few weeks ago http://www.recruitingblogs.com/profiles/blogs/a-response-from-my-hi... that includes a letter to a vendor from the hiring manager on a VMS. It has also created some discussion from Vendors on the VMS topic. From my experience I have found that there are many vendors who dislike the VMS systems because they feel separated from the client. However, there are just as equally the same amount who has utilized the VMS reporting abilities to demonstrate the overall success they have had placing candidates timely and accurately.

If you see any VMS discussions out there please let me know as I stated earlier I am interested in hearing thoughts from the vendor community.
