I am known for my social networking skills both in person and online. I am able to not only influence candidates interested in the job, manager and company, but by identifying and communicating positive aspects, while pointing out challenges when appropriate. I am able to sell candidates to the hiring manager who I have found through social media-- FaceBook, email, LinkedIn, phone calls or referrals; I use my network as a marketing channel and target them for specific functions.
While each of my approach may different, there is lots of overlap and commonality between them. I am able to push and pull candidates and hiring managers toward a mutually desirable end through personalization.
