Well, the answer is--it was inspired by a photo I posted on RecruitingBlogs and my response to TIm Spagnola's response to the photo.

Which read as:

 "Tim,

You've captured the essence of a unique image.   WOW!  Indeed.

As a student of photography, for too many years to mention, a cardinal rule for getting the money shot is POSITIONING.  Essentially, being at the right place at the right time...with a loaded/working camera on hand to take the shot.

On that premise--I've always envied the unique platform astronauts have had in their picture taking efforts and results relative to positioning.    To this day, one of the most stunning and unique pictures ever taken was the one taken of the earth from the moon.  How cool was that in terms of being at a most unique place to take, at the time, one of the most unique pictures ever taken...at the time?

In many respects I apply the same homage to "positioning" in recruiting effectiveness, as well.  Being at the right place at the right time to apply one's skills in the recruitment process."

So, Tim--thanks for reminding me of the WOW factor in a photo and in recruitment.

Tino -

I am here to help, but seriously- thanks for sharing. I agree with you 100% in regards to "positioning". It is one of the  WOW factors that can play a significant role in the development of one's desk.

I hope you enjoy the long weekend.
