I Love being the one to fill the hard to fill positions
I Love being the one who found someone a job that really needed it
I Love being the subject matter expert for the hiring manangers and or clients of mine
I Love all the hard work I have put in over the years
I Love working with integrity
I Love not being afraid of being layed off because no matter what I will survive. I work hard, I know my business and my friends and associates know I know my stuff as well. I will work late at night when others are in the bars or off of work. I will answer my cell 24/7. I tell the truth even if it hurts. I do what I say I will do when I say I will do it. Even if it means no lunch or working late. I make it happen and follow through. I work faster than most, I type faster than most and to top it all off I am a great negotiator so that it ends up a win, win for everybody. I am not greedy and will give up cash if it means helping the employer and the candidate. I am an old school recruiter who works the desk .... a full life cycle desk. I have learned how to leverage technology to my benefit. But I meet my candidates face to face. I ask for referrals and get them.....
I eat sleep and breathe being a recruiter it is who I am.
