I believe the following things make me a Smart Recruiter;

1. HIGH SELF ESTEEM The glass is always half full? I believe that outcomes will be positive and are confident of success rather than to look for excuses for failure?

2. BELIEF IN WHAT WE DO¬ – Many people in the business feel we’re “putting something over” on hirers when a deal comes together. All that money for making a few phone calls. If they aren’t convinced that we’re worth what we charge, they’ll be hard-pressed to persuade others to pay it.

3.ALWAYS TRAIN – I have continued to educate myself in this business. I think it is essential to keep skills honed to a fine edge. Books, tapes, seminars and the likes are indispensable but, like all professionals in any field

4.NOT CHALLENGED BY CHANGE – I have adpated to different industries and specialties and do not associate with those who whine that “I’ve always done it this way” or “I’m too set in my ways to change”.

5. PERSISTANCE – Persistence has lead me to triumph more often than not. It may have taken alot of calls to get it, but I have had success on the 35th try.
