Your job is your PASSION or just a SURVIVAL ?

Your job is your PASSION or just a SURVIVAL ?

Is your job just for a survival with No Passion, energy, curiosity, learning ability, urge to grow, less positivity, etc

  • You got into the profile because you did not find your dream job
  • You are able to get some business because of your luck – No Dedication, Zero interest, Just following the daily routine and achieving baseline targets. You have no emotions involved “Win or lose doesn’t matter”You have no questions or answers or ideas to be shared Your day starts thinking when it’s going to end You spending lot of time in watching the wall clock to finish your day You are least bothered to think how your day was. You are least interested to participate in fun activities You have your favorite colleague in your office to who you think is your very good friend – You always discuss about your dream job, complaints about the field which you are currently in,You gossip a lot, you are always away from the people who are positive and talk good things about the current job You often check your time to check 9 hours completed or not
  1. If You have a task  You have no idea what it is . You have no interest in knowing in depth about the position
  2. You call candidates to achieve your baseline call target - You are least bothered to know to whom you are calling and what has to be asked
  3. Way of talk – You have a particular SCRIPT – There are no emotions involved . Your pitch is same in all the calls. You are very less interested to know why , who , when etc.
  4. Your email – It’s a format which you have never changed since a very long time
  5. Interview co-ordination- Same process ? asking questions such : All set? Please take the discussion ? etc . All you want is that candidate to take the discussion and least bothered to help them
  6. Interview follow – up- This is just for the name same sake – You have ZEROinterest in knowing how did the consultant feel talking to the hiring manager , wat interactive , was it technical, etc
  7. Feedback to the consultant – You have a feedback saying “Rejected or Pass” and you think after some days consultant himself/herself will understand that he/she is a reject cos there is no email or phone call going from you
  8. If the feedback is positive you are little excited cos you are able to achieve your target not that you helped a person in finding the job

Your often used  line @ work is

“    Bas Chal Raha he” … “Just Going On” …

You LOVE Your job if You are extrovert by nature. You enjoy every single bit of your life. You are an artist ,u don’t blindly start working on any task assigned,You are curious to know MORE and MORE,You have too many questions before you start planning,You do your homework then you jump on it, You don’t have any SCRIPT to be followed,It differs from consultant to consultant

  1. Way of talk - You are energetic, clear , loud and evidence that YOU LOVE WHAT YOU ARE DOING ,
  2. Your email – It’s different every time . You love to use words like “Amazing , great , awesome, fun , enjoyed” and very professional at the same time
  3. You fight for your consultants and you don’t easily accept rejection
  4. Interview Co-ordination- You are excited , you put your best in helping the consultant , you try finding details as much as possible , etc
  5. Interview follow –up- You are waiting , you are highly curious to know how did it go what the consultant felt , etc
  6. Feedback – You are disappointed because the feedback is not positive and you are struggling to convey that to your consultant. You are emotionally involved with the consultant . After few days you realize that this is not you and you back to the consultant with a same energy , passion. You provide negative feedback in such a way that it turns to be POSITIVE.
  7. You are honest , straightforward, transparent to the consultants.
