At each of the Cleared Job Fairs held throughout 2011, participating job seekers with security clearances have been given the opportunity to vote for the best recruiting experience. These “Best Recruiter” votes are made by security cleared professionals who evaluate their overall recruiting experience with teams from the defense and government contractors in the security cleared community exhibiting at the Cleared Job Fairs.

Congrats to the recruiters in this sector that received this acknowledgement. Always nice to get recognition for all the work we (as recruiters) do day in and day out.

As a seasoned Job Fair participant--on the recruiting side of security cleared candidates--it's good to hear that the "Cleared Job" entity allows for and promotes a quality assessment of the participating recruitment teams.  It helps raise the bar for all participating employers to remember that they too are being evaluated by targeted candidates in attendance.  

I would, however, asterisk “Best Recruiters of 2011*” to specify only employer teams participating in the sponsored job fairs were considered for the accolade.  Otherwise it’s a misleading statement covering a very specific event.
