Peggy, great videos, you are a pro a blogging which I am new to.
My question to you is are there regional or national health care sales recruiting companis which are looking for home base recruiters? I am a former medical sales rep who started recruiting about 18 months ago, no trainging just jumped in! I have had success in placing candidates, but not as much in developing new business (getting new contracts and new hiring managers). Any adive would be appreciated.

There are some that are always looking. I would tell you that some of the trouble that you have had is because of the state of the economy. Very tough times. You should read Steve Finkel's book on recruiting. It gives great advice.
