Brian - I am a fan of the vlogs. So very cool that you do these, but I feel like I would like much better if you had a RBC logo in the top right corner of your white board. Now for a real question- if there are 12 complaints this month? and more next, and so on and so on.......are there repercussions? I guess I just don't quite understand the significance of a complaint be registered due to an email.

Thanks Tim (vlogs) Happy to place the RBC logo up there :)  As far as complaints... Each ISP has/employs  different guidlines, however it is based on %, and our % is extremely low (providing relevent content is key) When you match relevent content with your audience you have no issue. In contract, when you blast content to folks not interested in your content, that is when you run into issues.. (GREAT QUESTION!!) The repercussions could affect your deliverabilty...
