It's a horrid bill, but the price for spending hundreds of millions of stolen union member dues to elect Democrats.

The basic premise is that union employees will lose their right to a secret ballot in union organizing. Once union members get 50% +1, the union is organized. Why is this bad? Take a look:

The Employer Free Choice Act, which is another of those Orwellian named monsters, is an affront to a free nation. There is no way to spin it except as the ultimate special interest payback for helping elect Obama. It's opposed by George McGovern, of all people, which tells you how far-fetched this is.

Whatever your politics, if this doesn't offend you, then you're not paying attention.
