Companies are beginning to change the way they recuit employees with the use of web 2.0 and its rapidly evolving social networks. To some, the idea of recruiting through Facebook or Twitter comes off as ludicrous, but after a recent Jobs2web conference downtown Minneapolis, MN, it appears these outlets will now be the driving force behind finding the perfect hire.
