Mark,
I'm a huge fan of cbiz. www.cbizsoft.com It ranges from 39-69 a month depending on whether you have them host it or not, and it's very user friendly. I've had it for over three years now, after researching everything. What I especially like is how with one click I can download candidate information and cbiz will create a shell. I can do it from the net or an email with attached resume. Even more powerful, if you have multiple resumes to download, even 100 or more, you can still do that with one click and all 100+ will be inhaled into the system and a separate candidate file created for each...and if there was an email with it, that will be appended to the notes section. This has been a huge timesaver for me. Also, I can send emails directly from cbiz with job descriptions attached. It's pretty robust for the price.

Meant to add, that you can demo cbiz for free, just download it from the site, use it for a month and then convert to paid if you like it. That's how I started using it...was about to sign on with PC Recruiter for more than double the price, and less features.

Hi Mark,

Backing what Bill just posted. CATS is phenomenal.

We've been with the company for the past 2 years. Their technonogy and workflow are rock solid and the license per seat is well below market.

They also have a job board that can be integrated with your website (please ref: www.addastaff.com/jobs.htm .... That entire portion of the site is CATS).

Best of luck.
