Hiring a college girl to make cold calls

Hi all!

I'm a new member here.

I own a healthcare staffing firm in NY. I currently make tons of cold calls which I do not enjoy so much and now considering hiring someone with no experience to make the cold calls for me while I could go around and prospect to healthcare facilities. Any input on the idea and on how to get a young decent (college) girl for twice a week or so ??

Its a good idea if done correctly.. Instead of twice a week.. think of having someone for few hours daily.

What i have used is a assistant which i use for initial cold calls, follow up calls and other acts which help me focus on other big ticket items.
