A day in the life..

So I am sitting here sourcing and marketing and recruiting and blogging. I just came across a good Social Media article and I need feedback. I understand that Twitter will take some time to build on, but is Facebook really the way things are going? I use Linked In a lot and starting to build my Twitter feed to be a good source. FACEBOOK, I know there is a huge network, but I come from the mindset of FB is for stalkers and posting pics and how are the two going to mix? Help me out here.

If you're finding people (and getting them to call you back) from Facebook, then go for it. If not, don't use it because some "marketer" said so.

I liked this article because it articulates when and how much time needs to be put in to make Twitter or any Social arena work well. I have always had good luck with Linked in and continue to use it, but I am afraid it is becoming over saturated with Recruiters and the members are no longer as responsive. Sad I hope it doesn't go away.
