Why use an Internet Resume Search Tool to find resumes?

Boolean search is pretty big in the recruiting industry; however, just as there are an infinite number of possible ways of using complex Boolean search using Google in the browser, it might get you a lot of results at times, but can be pretty complex.  You might find that many of the results that you find using this approach are also unfiltered leaving many results to sift through that are not exactly what you want.

Enter Internet Resume Search by my company Intelligent Search Agents

After signing up with a free Job Provider/Recruiter profile you are able to do a number of things such as search for resumes simultaneously in the major search engines like Google, Bing and Ask. This is a huge time saver in increasing of productivity and advantage over using just one search engine alone such as Google which may give you more unnecessary results that you will have to sift through if you were to use Boolean alone.

Another feature that you will notice upon signing up for a free account is that you will be able to post jobs and receive resumes from job seekers. I almost forgot to mention that it is free to post jobs and receive resumes from job seekers.

As an added bonus, within the same client, you may search for Craigslist and also Indeed.com resumes using this platform as a true Meta Resume Search Engine.

The site has newly been launched but the technology is not new. The search algorithm is based on the previous desktop version that was started in 2010.

So are you ready to start finding those hidden and usually passive job seekers with resumes dispersed throughout the Internet? Sign up for a free trial today!

I welcome any additional feedback you may have to continually make the product better for you, my fellow recruiters.
