Great post Devin, I think it is so important for companies to stay ahead of technological changes to avoid being left behind. In saying that, it is also important to do your research and make sure that whatever technology you invest in is practical for you to make the best use of it. I do feel like sometimes CRM can just turn into a huge storage system of data that is never used. So if companies invest in CRM it needs to be part of their strategic plan to use it properly.
