As a bootstrapping startup in the competitive space of job boards and recruitment, it’s hard to get noticed in a sea of established companies with recognised brand names and big budgets. We should know, we are the proverbial Jack Russell snapping at the heels of the Great Dane (but say ‘hello’, we don’t bite!).

Likewise, as a job seeker it is equally hard to get your CV seen by the right people and land your dream job. So how do you stand out from your fellow grads and the crowd?

Well, Future Work is a hungry startup in Singapore that believes in doing things a little differently. We have the luxury of experimenting with our marketing and outreach as we are not beholding to shareholder or investors.

I Want to Work At…

We invite graduates and job seekers to reach out to a specific company in Singapore by recording a short video (Velfie) to introduce themselves and to explain why that company should invite them to interview.

We then create a unique profile page on FutureWork.SG to promote the enterprising job seeker to their dream company via the web page, direct mail and social networks.
