For a funny word of caution:

If you're targeting only the "Top 50 Business Schools", don't be surprised when your diversity initiatives go down in a heap of flames.

Students at Top 50 biz-schools are more determined by socioeconomics than business acumen or true potential. If ya don't believe me, just ask Stephen Levitt, author of Freakonomics :P
