The Cots Mission Ops leads the Mission Operations effort for the COTS program. Responsible for cost/schedule/technical performance of the Flight Operations and Ground Operations efforts. Includes mission development and mission operations efforts.

Required Qualifications:
Background in systems engineering & requirements management, ground systems architecture and development, and background in mission operations. Experience in Earned Value Management Systems and Control Account Management required. BS required in engineering, match, physics, or computer science. Minimum 15 years experience in space operations.

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree preferred. 15 years experience in space operations
