Any advice on how to get companies posting jobs on Monster (or another big job site) to pay a small fee to cross-post the job on our site?

About us: We're a small 3 person staffing agency.

My boss's big new business plan is to generate income by having companies posting jobs on the big job sites pay us a small fee to cross post jobs on our (soon to be completed) new website. We're having a tough time getting job orders so she wants to try something new.

Example: Careerbuilder has an option for cross posting (for a fee) to other sites, which also collect a small fee (a few bucks) from the company posting.

Any thoughts, ideas or advice on how to get this started? :)

How does this benefit the company posting on the big job sites? If they cross post on your site, I'm guessing you have little to no traffic, so what do you have to offer them? Why should they do it? Maybe I'm missing something, but I just don't get it.

Meant to also add, I used to sell advertising, years ago, and one of the first questions a customer will always ask is about your traffic, how many listeners, or readers or visitors do you have? That is how you set and justify your rates.
