Any good or bad experiences Virtual Recruiting in the Healthcare World?

I was recently laid off as a Technical Recruiter. I love the sound of working from home. 100% commission is a stretch, but something I've done in the past. With a Wife and 2 kids it's a harder sell. The company is UMSHealth.com. The support and commission structure look good if you put the work in. Any words of wisdom?

Yes you have to do the foot work from the start in time all will be well. Like any online marketing you do when you work hard from the start you become successful in the long run...Keep up the hard work!!!!
I know of an all new SEO technology that will give you a first page ranking on Google for your Home Bases Business imagine how fast you can get going from this.

Thanks Rocky and Sandra! I know I can be disciplined with it, more just want to know that if I put my hard work and expertise into this opportunity that the money will come. It's one thing to jump off a cliff and hopefully land in water and it's another to bring my family with. As I've been in recruiting I've heard that Health Care can be tough and rewarding and there is a lot of demand out there for it. That's important in times like these with so little demand for anything in general.

Rocky- Let's keep in touch. That could be something I implement downt the road. I will tell you that I have another friend that just got laid off from a SEO job that could probably do some similiar stuff for free. Your technology might be different and I could be willing to look at that in the future. Obviously right now just trying to make this decision or do a few things that will help me make it first. Thank you for your offer!
