Ah, the end of the month – finally time to take a breath. January, as I’ve mentioned, has been an absolute whirlwind. This month kicked off our strategic planning efforts (an ongoing process) both business-wise and technical. We realized we’re at the point where we need to hire another developer to bring the platform to the next level – our “holy grail”: version 1.0. We’ve been collecting feedback from our user base and incorporating into our specs. Meanwhile, our user base has doubled and the number of applicants tripled! And, since I personally speak with many of the applicants, I’ve been making a lot of calls. It’s been very validating to hear that we are addressing a “pain point” for many recruiters doing split placements.

We also have sunk our teeth into the social media sphere this month, and hope to keep the momentum growing. Find and friend us! We're on LinkedIn, Meetup, Twitter, and Facebook. It’s another way to keep in touch. I’m so psyched to have a blog on RecruitingBlogs, and hope my story of the growth of the THS venture can be informational and entertaining for my fellow recruiters.

I've got my popcorn and ready to watch. I'd be interested whenever you are in some detail on how your system is working. It's a tough nut to crack. them splits deals.

Great! We’re honored to have you following the story. There is definitely a lot of competition out there – the split network landscape has dozens of players. The lesson we’re taking away is that there are a couple of very successful ones, which is the point. I think that our unique approach – enabling recruiters to control their own networks via Pods – is a simple, but critical, next step in the evolution of splitting. Plus, our real-time recruiting apps are geared toward helping recruiters operate in the competitive recruiting environment.

Slouch, if you’d like more details, let me know – I can email or give you a call. Of course, I could and probably will go on at length about The Hire Syndicate Platform through the course of this blog. Btw, sorry for the belated response, was testing + debugging our latest version all weekend.
