I've read RecruitingBlogs.com for a little bit now. I still haven't formed an opinion just yet. It's interesting to say the least. I've been to so many recruiting communities where the objective was to link to everyone and their grandma, or post jobs all day long. I like to observe and start off with connecting to folks I "know". I've gotten 6 invites since I officially joined here. I haven't accepted or declined them yet. To those who've invited me to connect, please don't take it personal. I'd like to get to know you first before connecting. So feel free to email me privately and chat.

I will not accept blind generic invites. If you do not show an interest in getting to know me, I don't see how it'll work. I value QUALITY contacts over QUANTITY of contacts. I am an open (and I think) fun person. I love to share what I know and I equally enjoy learning more. I've been recruiting for 15 years and I know tons and tons. But I love the fact that I continue to learn. So get to know me. I would like to get to know some of you.

Now that that's out of the way, I am looking for people who can advise me on international recruiting. I'd love to learn about recruiting practices in countries such as Spain, Italy, UK, UAE, (Dubai) India, France, Japan, China, Australia and a few of the Latin countries (Brazil, Chile, Nicaragua, Portugal, etc). I am a sponge waiting to soak up the knowledge. I've already gotten some really good responses in Linked In.

Thanks!
