I was wondering what recruiters thought of creating a web page on facebook in order to get the talent they are looking for.....I am a nationwide direct hire recruiter for I.T., Engineering and Accounting/Finance. Being that our company isn't a temp firm, I'm wondering if I should add this as one of my networking tools. Any thoughts?
