What does this picture tell you about Microsoft's recruiting methodology when they attend a job fair?

As an independent recruitment consultant--I provide visual info, via photos, to employers interested in knowing what their competitors in industry are doing.

And besides recruiting for talent at job fairs, I capture visuals of recruiter(s) & recruitment booth impact.  I make recommendations to employer reps on how to improve their visual impact, recruiter impact, team efficiency, etc.

The most effective employers at a national, local or campus career fair are the ones who bring HIRING MANAGERS...anything less can miss the mark...and leave a bad impression with highly qualified and available candidates.

Sure internal recruiters, HR types and recent college graduate hires are helpful--and necessary, but at the end of the day job candidates want to talk to hiring managers.  Anything less is less impressive; less effective; and leaves that employer at a distinct disadvantage against employers who come to hire top talent.

If your hiring decision makers cannot attend...enter at your own risk.
