Jim - I am a search consultant focused on filling Senior HR roles. My firm has been retained to fill a Director, Global Staffing for Covidien based outside of Boston. This is a Corporate Center of Excellent role that will be working to improve their staffing process, programs and systems around the world. Some of the key initiatives including creating and leading a Global Staffing Council, driving Employment Branding initiatives, managing vendor, developing sourcing strategies, etc.
