I have always said, “in America, just give it a name".

We have certainly, come along ways, in HR recruiting across industries. Back in the early 90’s, when I begin recruiting CDL Drivers; I was referred to as a broker or Head-hunter.

So often, operation managers would comment on how, I was able to work from home and produce drivers they themselves could not find; with their twenty-years of experience. And that was long before the birth of internet.

Today, recruiters that work at home have the title of Virtual Recruiter and those in need of staffing; look to Virtual Recruiters to provide staff.

I am a Virtual Recruiter and I love it - So do my clients and candidates :-)

To some "working at home" may give the impression of a lighter work load, less professional and so on...

I work between 10 hours to 16 hours a day, sometimes 7 days a week - Why you might ask?? Because I want to, because I love what I do and I just can't stop!!!

Okay, some might say that's a bit sad, however, it shows my dedication and passion for the job that I do.  It means that I chose to do this job, it means that I care about the people that I work with.  All of this means a better service for both of my clients and candidates :-)
