Thanks! I try hard to represent for us corporate folks. I find that most Corporate Recruiters operate in a similar fashion, when it comes to sourcing, as 3rd party. It's usually when an HR Manager is recruiting in addition to their other duties, where3rd party recruiter "complaints" tend to be valid. When I was a Generalist, it was hard balancing the two and recruiting oftentimes took a back seat to employee relations issues, etc.
I know at some companies I worked with, they wouldn't consider hiring a "headhunter" for a corporate role. LOL
