Zero Fee Recruiting - This changed everything for me.

I've been trying to hire for numerous positions within my organization over the past 6 months and have had nothing but headaches.  Posting jobs, sorting unqualified resumes, wasting tons of time and money.   Someone recently introduced me to a friend that works at a new business called http://www.zerofeerecruiter.com. I checked it out and realized this was exactly what I needed.  A full service recruiting business at a fraction of the cost.  It actually costs less than 2 job postings!   The best part about it was that I don't have to do any of the work!  After signing up for my first job order (Java Developer), I started receiving qualified resumes within 24 hours.  I think I actually got a new candidate everyday.  Each time, the candidate was vetted beforehand.  I ended up making an offer to someone in less than 2 weeks!!  I easily saved $20k compared to if I used a traditional recruiter.  Absolutely amazing.   If you haven't taken a test drive with these guys yet, I highly suggest you do!  It changed the way I hire and now I sent them all of my new job orders every month.

The guy I spoke to was John.  You can find them at http://www.zerofeerecruiter.com#oid=1002_1

Thanks, Michael. I'm pleased you got a good service provider. From what I can see, these folks are a domestic- headquartered mid-priced RPO, probably using offshore sourcers. The sourcers I use work on up to 15 reqs and/or will send up to 225 resumes week from Monster, CB, DICE, and the internet and they retail for $225/week. They also will look up LI Profile contact info (you provide or they provide) for $150 for up to 100 - you don't pay for a contact if they can find neither the phone nor the email....I know of other firms that will do the candidate develoipment aspects too, and they charge around $1500/mo for multiple reqs, not just a single one...

Keith,

Yeah its been great so far.  Biggest thing for me has been them vetting the candidates.  I just don't have the time to do all of that.  Every candidate has been a really good fit and within my salary range etc.  Lets put it this way, I'm not paying $20,000 for a $100,000 candidate anymore!

That sounds very efficient.

IMHO, too much of 3PR is just like you said- a low-end firm charging 20% fees to get people that could be easily and effectively obtained through firms like the one you use. I've run into a number of sourcing/RPO firms whose clients are these same 3PRs who then make 20% fees when the end-company could have received the same board-sourced candidates for a fraction of the amount from the sourcing/RPO firm itself.

Continued Success,

Keith

Thanks for the great feedback and comments... We also offer each company a 7-day free trial to evaluate.

Zero Fee Recruiter has solved the biggest problem in recruiting, connecting with passive candidates.

We are not the least bit impressed with Zero Fee Recruiter.  They promise to deliver you high quality drivers that match your criteria, which we laid out in great detail, and they delivery us a bunch of unqualified drivers or drivers that do not even hold a CDL.  I strongly advise anyone that if you are looking for a recruiting group to help with your needs, stay away from Zero Fee Recruiter.  They are certainly not worth the money they charge you.
