Hi Josh - Re your questions about fake resumes and fake job postings. I believe that authenticity and transparency are the new currencies and companies that choose to ignore the value of this will find great stories emerge about them and then spread through the viral nature of the web. I also believe that there should never be anything misleading when it comes to engaging with job seekers and presenting the company brand - its a bad way to begin a relationship, whether it's the company's or third-party's actions. There's a fine line between creative marketing and sourcing and losing your authentic voice.

Then I decided I liked what I had written. Then I realized I had written it withi a comments field on your page. The incredible newness of not knowing how this all works.
