Hello there, Josh! Been missing your commentary and interaction lately -- but mostly because I've been the one off in a bazillion directions. Hope all is well in your world!

Excellent points about blogging! I hadn't thought of referring people to my blog to find out more about our company before they get back to me. That's an excellent idea. Thanks again!

Hi Josh - Re your questions about fake resumes and fake job postings. I believe that authenticity and transparency are the new currencies and companies that choose to ignore the value of this will find great stories emerge about them and then spread through the viral nature of the web. I also believe that there should never be anything misleading when it comes to engaging with job seekers and presenting the company brand - its a bad way to begin a relationship, whether it's the company's or third-party's actions. There's a fine line between creative marketing and sourcing and losing your authentic voice.

Great question and good conversation to keep going. btw - would still enjoy finding time to connect.

Hi, Clare - you're right about Ryan. He's a huge Autodesk advocate and champion :)

I actually independently recruit (well, I have another partner here), but I'm not dedicated to any one organization at this time.

How do you like it at Autodesk?

P.S. I know little about the lineage of my name as I don't have much family on my Father's side. Can you direct me somewhere?

Josh,

I was reading one of your blog post and realized that because I have received so much from this forum when I've dropped by for a vist that I should contribute something. To Blog. So I simply began to write.

Then I decided I liked what I had written. Then I realized I had written it withi a comments field on your page. The incredible newness of not knowing how this all works.

Please fell free to delete my post from your page. And thanks a bunch for consistently sharing one neat idea after another.

Cheers!

Good to have you in the Break Room. Fun stuff when it really gets rolling. Takes about one minute each to make an entry and then go about your business. It's addicting though.

See you around, Josh.
