Yeah RecruitingBlogs.com I found my peeps on the Blogosphere..

I have undergone a radical personal productivity "life art" recently. This consists of learning to live my best authentic self in recruiting, health and fitness. This hunger for knowledge and positive change has taken some interesting turns lately.

For Recruiting, I often visit the sites of Vincent Wright, Bill Vick and Jim Stroud -- because they offer relevant information that inspire, relate to best practices, etc..

For Health, those of you who know my interesting challenges, know of my long battle with sleeplessness. Insomnia so thick you can't cut it by counting sheep, begging for sleep, or even taking those pretty sleeping pills that show butterflies and serene people sleeping after taking it. Having run out of traditional ideas, I tried medical hypnosis with some surprising and unexpected results. Hypnosis rocks. Now that I have solved this, my biggest life challenge, I am eager to step up the other areas of productivity in my life.

For Fitness, I am working with a trainer who is tasked with inflicting great pain upon me, some 3 times as week. I just signed up for a 'internal' fitness trainer who is working me through a program that will help me create the life changes, that help this all to "take hold". All very exciting stuff.

My prediction: Once the Fitness and Health thing take hold, the energy and enthusiasm I enjoy will be astounding, so I better find more inspiration and efficient ways to use my more productive self. :D

Hi Dawn-

Exercise should definitely help you sleep more..your brain will not be thinking about a bazillion things, but will actually want to enjoy some well-deserved "rest"

I am by no means an exercise fanatic, but enjoy anything outdoors (skiing, hiking, swimming, scuba diving etc), and go to the gym...well.. a few times a week. It's indoors though ;-)
