Hi, my name is Kevin and I am the operations manager for a healthcare recruiting firm in Los Angeles, CA. I’m reaching out to you because you indicated on your profile that you were in healthcare staffing and possibly open to doing some splits. We have a lot of open job orders and offer a 50/50 fee split. Would you be open to discussing ways we could collaborate from time to time?
I am John Wilson working as account manager in Cat Technologies Inc. (NJ based Software and staffing com)
I wanted to touch base with you to explore the opportunity with your organization. We would like to get associated with you in across job orders/ requirements. We being a software company ourselves it makes us the right choice in understanding the actual client need and delivering in short span of time. Pls let me know a convenient time to touch base either through phone or in person and will be happy to discuss the proposal in details. (john.wilson@catamerica.com).
I'll check them out. It sounds like its something that could work. A little more about the problem Im trying to solve...this still a bit of an old, old school approach to candidate generation here...translation...newspaper ads.
Much of this is because of the high volume of hourly workers and the assumption that many at that level aren't online. So, we still put ads with no way of tracking results or traffic.
The short of it is...I would like to insert an set of sms numbers linked to certain jobs. If you're interested in food and beverage, text xxxx, if you're interested in hotel, text xxxxx
This way we can at least track traffic and the ability to send a more informed campaign back to those who sent us a return text and maybe send them to an event.
I like the t-shirt idea also. sorry for the long message, but I'll try to track you down next week.
No data that I've found yet, but I did get a tip that the recruiting dept at salesforce.com has maybe used sms, so Im pending a connect with them. Let me know when you come across something.
Hey Matt, sorry I did not respond to you earlier. I have a great idea for the car give away. You give one car to me and one to whoever else wins. how does that sound. One more thing. stop with the soprano stuff. I have not seen the last episode yet and you're killing me.
