Hey, the winner will be picked from a hat and not by a recruiting roundtable of bloggers with a dictionary and thesaurus at their sides.

Who's smart now???

Happy Holidays to all!

If it wasn't for small details I don't know if I'd have any details.

Hey Steve, the thing I love most about blogs and online communities is that it's posts like this that really give everyone a glimpse into the kind of guy writing it. Happy Holidays to you as well.

1. I'm a real PEST - I diligently track the Political, Economic, Social and Technological issues that have the potential to impact recruiting.

2. And I blog about them - because dialogue is the way we'll continue to raise the performance of recruiting

3. I've tossed out my hammer so I don't have to go hunting for nails - I always try new things to compare and contrast against my existing ways of recruiting

4. Voracious networking within sectors and functional levels - I will meet people anywhere and anytime and listen to what they have to say. You never know which stream will yield the best gold nuggets.

5. Sharing is caring 24/7/365 - what's mine is yours.

This has nothing to do with recruiting but I have family in Canada so I feel that Jason is a relative. Really odd family tree, eh?
