Seeking information on Blogs as potential w2.0 tool

Hi,

I need to hire quality resources on DWH in India

I have created a blog for myself to start with , i am trying to find how blogs can be used to reach out to these dwh/bi folks.

Can sumone guide me on the above

Hi, there is a new search engine on the main community page right above the pictures of the members. do a search for using blogs to recruit in the search engine. That topic has been talked about forever so there is a lot of content about it. The simple answer is it's a good idea to have a blog if you are a recruiter.

Also what blog did you just create.
