the candidate is leaving for Sydney within the next few weeks. Although he's very junior, he's learned very quickly and even become a SME on some of our in-house technologies w/i a few months. Got SQL and C exp and is from a top notch engineering school - NCState. Real strength are client facing skills. Interviews very well. He's energetic and searching for that Top Gun kind of job.
