Hi Jason! Thanks for reaching out. I would have to say that our biggest challenge (I'm with a small organization, less than 100 ees) is to find the right blend of skills and experience for what we do. It's not impossible but it's challenging and we find that there are times we may need to offer telecommuting when a solid candidate may not wish to relocate. Therein lies yet a huge management challenge though -- not all managers are efficient at measuring performance with telecommuters. There is always something, right? Back to your question, I would say finding the right blend of experience and skills for our company's needs.
