What this glorious poem has to do with recruitment is up to you.

A career choice

can be

cruel, luke-warm

or a happy fate.

It can be mountains and valleys--to bound through.

(Poems are like that...vague when they want to be.  Insightful when they have to be.  It's all in what I mean to say and then how you bust out an interpretation...because we're in this together.  This walkabout.)
