I'm doing a series of presentations for National and State SHRM organizations over the next 12 months. Entitled, "Managing the Search Process,"  the presentation focuses on a consultative approach.  I'm very interested in your stories, good and bad about communication between the internal hiring manager and the corporate talent acquisition professional.  What went wrong; what went right;  what have you learned as a result.  How will you communicate with your clients in the future?  What are the major challenges you face on daily basis that stand in the way of delivering top candidates quickly.
