Total Back Office Solutions can give you recruitment agency formation advice

Current unemployment figures show that 2.4 million people are without jobs, which could be something to be considered by those looking to set up a recruitment agency.

In findings issued by the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR), jobseekers with more complex needs are not receiving the support they need.

This is compounded by the rise of temporary jobs, meaning that permanent work is less readily available, with jobseekers suffering as a consequence.

The IPPR has urged the government to look again at how it can offer more help to the unemployed.

Anyone intending to set up a recruitment agency may also need to plan how best to support the number of jobseekers currently in the UK, particularly those with more complex needs.

Earlier this month, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation commented on the government's plans to reform the welfare system by encouraging jobseekers to take up temporary work. The body asserted that recruiters would need to focus on making sure these temporary positions lead to permanent employment.
