Total Back Office Solutions can give you recruitment agency formation advice

A new study has revealed concerns that companies are not managing the risks around staff rewards effectively, which could interest those trying to set up a recruitment agency.

The survey, published by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), interviewed HR professionals and discovered 15 per cent fear businesses are not doing enough to manage such risks.

This could lead to employers losing out on high-quality talent, as those offering more attractive benefits and rewards are more likely to receive such employees.

Performance and reward adviser of the CIPD Charles Cotton said: "The past 12 months have been a turbulent time for many employers in terms of pay and benefits practice. They are fearful that the way that reward helps them attract, retain and motivate their employees is no longer appropriate."

Recruitment companies could gain more time to focus on finding their clients good quality employees by outsourcing back office needs.

A recent Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)/KPMG Labour Market Survey found that nearly half of employers surveyed are finding it difficult to fill vacancies.
