Total Back Office Solutions can give you recruitment agency formation advice

Businesses are increasingly expanding overseas causing concerns that the UK's top talent may leave too, which could interest those looking to set up a recruitment agency.

The figures, released by the Office for National Statistics, show that overseas acquisitions rose from £0.7 billion in the first quarter of 2010 to £1.4 billion in the second quarter.

Chief economist at financial information services company Markit, Chris Williamson, has voiced concerns that UK talent may leave the country to manage these overseas offices, according to the Recruiter.

Speaking to the publication, Mr Williamson said: "Creative companies and service companies in sophisticated service industries, including business support companies like accountancy and marketing companies and business consultants, are the ones moving to these regions."

Recently, a study by Manpower Inc showed that developed countries across the world are suffering shortages of skilled workers, which could lead to future economic issues.
