I recently started up a new market and I am in the process of building it out in the West Coast. Its a company that focuses on niche technologies within recruitment and has been very successful in the UK. Now we are in the works of building it out in the USA. We have been successful in building it out adding new clients daily, but I am curious to hear any Ideas anybody has on building out a new market. What have you done or what would you do?
