Jobaline - new recruiting web site - feedback requested

We launched Jobaline this week as a new solution for recruiters to manage candidates coming through online job postings. 

The solution incorporates several innovations to let candidates connect the dots for recruiters, so they can focus on the quality candidates. 

Is getting relevant resumes a real problem with online job postings? 

Do candidates take the time to crystallize their fir for the specific requirements?  

Is there a need to provide a solution for any of these points?
