Google or Bing? Which is the best to source talent from the web?

I would like to hear what successes (if any) you have had sourcing talent from the web.  Is there a particular search engine that is better than another?  Do you use Boolean or simple search terms.  With everybody posting resumes on job boards and LinkedIn I am curious if there are still other avenues out there?
