Collector - Credit and Collection analyst

Company Description	Chronos Consulting's client is is the world’s leading provider of software and systems enabling value-added services for voice, messaging, mobile Internet and mobile advertising. They are looking for a Credit and Collection Analyst.
Job Description	You will be responsible for: • Consolidate quarterly and yearly Collection forecast on weekly basis maintaining the actual results reports. • Spearheading collection process from customers. • Conducting collection analysis and planning to improve collection efficiency for Customers. • Following up with customers for collections, understanding issues causing delay in collections. • Identifying & notifying delinquent customers through established modes of communication to solicit payment. • Handling the withholding Tax issues: sending certificates to the customers, clearing the AR by matching the related open amounts to the right accounts. • Triggering and editing AR reports. • Optimizing quality of portfolio through implementing effective credit control policies. Setting a credit rating for customers and for countries based on payments morality, economical situation and financial statements. • Interact with the Sales with key people in the local country offices and delivers team from the service division in order to promote the collection.
Skill Required	Requirements: • 4-6 year of experience as a Collector. • Analyzing skills. • Team work skills. • Ability to travel and mange a collections meetings with customers. • IT needs: oracle, Excel, PowerPoint.
