EEOC Director Michael Baldonado will be joining a panel discussion about the next generation of elearning and technical screening tools and whether or not hiring managers need to be educated in how these tools could be used unethically, illegally, or possibly misused in the qualification of candidates.

The discussion will also involve the topic of technical screening and how software engineers prefer to be judged by their hands-on coding ability – not just on the employment history or education listed on the resume.

The panel discussion will also include Conchita Franco Serri, President of Serri Compliance Training; Matt Fok, CEO & Founder of eLearningZoom.com & eZ-XPO.com; John Sun, CTO of Rankmind.  I will be the event host and moderator (Daniel Parrillo.)
